Customer support and service
We have a telephone line (standard rate) that is available Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 9am-5:30pm and Tuesday & Wednesday 9am - 12:30pm GMT. Please feel free to leave a message at other times and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All calls are charged at standard rate.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and to send your products to you by mail order: name, address, phone number. Ordering and Payment
You may order by email, phone or by post. We accept payment from UK customers by cheque (made payable to Paul Wadge), Paypal, Postal Order (Crossed and made payable to Paul Wadge). Non UK customers, Paypal only please. Please note that goods will not be sent out until full payment is received and cleared. Larger wholesale orders will be quoted individually.
Lovespoons will normally be dispatched with in 2 - 4 weeks Please email if lovespoon is needed sooner, and we will let you know whether you order can be accommodated.
Postage and Packaging :
There is a standard £5.00 delivery charge no matter how big your order is.
UK Delivery is 1st Class Recorded. Next day delivery is available at a small extra charge. Any order over £40 will not be insured if using 1st Class Recorded. Special Delivery is insured up to £250. If Insurance is not taken, Lovespoons Wales will not be held responsible for items getting lost in the post. Proof of postage is always obtained.
Non UK Delivery is via airmail. ( if insurance is required, please email us for a quote. ) If Insurance is not taken, Lovespoons Wales will not be held responsible for items getting lost in the post. Proof of postage is always obtained.
All products sent out from Lovespoons-Wales are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Any damaged goods should be returned immediately to Lovespoons Wales, Unit 1, Port Talbot Business Units, Addison Road, Port Talbot, West Glamorgan, SA12 6HZ, and will be replaced.
If, for any reason, the consumer is not happy with the products ordered, there is a 7 day period, beginning on the day after the goods are received, to reject them. They should then be returned immediately to; Lovespoons Wales, Unit 1, Port Talbot Business Units, Addison Road, Port Talbot, West Glamorgan, SA12 6HZ. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If an order has been sent out and items are incorrect or missing, these will be exchanged/replaced immediately and the postage charges paid by Lovespoons-Wales. All returned products must be undamaged. Please Note - personalised Lovespoons or Romantic Wedding Favours are Non returnable unless damaged.
In the case of "faulty" goods, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 [as amended] established that the consumer is allowed a reasonable time within which to reject the goods for a full refund. We give a period of 7 days from receipt of the goods, for the customer to reject the goods and return them for a refund.
Orders may be cancelled without giving a reason and the cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. Therefore, the cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, we would like it to be stated that where a consumer cancels their order (within the 7 day period) a refund will be provided within 30 days of "cancellation". The consumer will be held liable for the cost of return, if they do not do so, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.
In the unlikely event that a customer would need to complain, we endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days and will try and resolve the situation as soon as possible. Contracts do not affect the consumers' statutory rights
